Analysis of standard operating procedures
A. Forklift startup steps:
1. Hold the steering wheel joystick tightly with your left hand;
2. Pull the power switch to the start position with your right hand;
3. Insert the key and turn it 45 degrees to the right to start the engine;
4. Press the forklift fork control lever with your right hand to lift the fork.
B. Things to check after the engine starts:
1. Check the fuel gauge reading;
2. Check the water temperature gauge to ensure that the water temperature is within the normal working range of 75-85℃;
3. Check the oil pressure gauge to ensure that the oil pressure is within the normal range;
4. Record the odometer reading.
C. Turn signal and horn function test:
1. Confirm that the turn signal is working properly;
2. Press the horn button to check whether the sound is clear and loud.
D. Handbrake release operation:
1. Hold the handbrake lever with your left hand;
2. Press the unlock button on the upper end of the handbrake lever with your thumb;
3. Keep your hand moving and pull the lever backward;
4. Release the handbrake and make sure your left foot presses the brake pedal at the same time.
E. Shift lever operation and start preparation:
1. Place both hands gently on the steering wheel;
2. Push the shift lever forward with your left hand;
3. Keep your left foot on the brake pedal;
4. Adjust the shift lever to the 1st gear position;
5. Use your left hand to operate the shovel arm forward tilt lever to tilt the shovel arm forward;
6. Use your right hand to operate the mast lifting lever to raise the forklift to ensure that the height from the ground is appropriate.
F. Precautions before starting:
1. Observe the surrounding environment to ensure that no one or objects are on the forklift’s route;
2. After honking the horn, start slowly in 1st gear.
